Recent Projects
VANITY RELOCATION
Sometimes you just have start over. The original vanity in this bathroom did not allow the door to be open all the way. This left only two options to get into the bathroom; Squeeze past the partially opened door, or remove the door completely and use the bathroom with out a door! We came in and removed the old vanity by removing the door, relocating the plumbing and installing a new vanity in a new location. While we were at it, we installed a new medicine cabinet, new light fixture and lined it all up. The door can now open and close as designed.
BATHTUB REPLACEMEMT
The original tub in this house was faded an ugly yellowish color and was riddled with tiny cracks in the floor of the tub. We removed the tub and tub surround, replaced the drain, installed a new tub and surround, installed bronze finished Moen fixtures, finished the tub with white trim and siliconed the tub to keep water out.
HEATER UPGRADE
This home had old baseboard heaters that crackled as they warmed up and had old dated thermostates. We installed new, more effecient baseboard heaters in the home along with new thermostats in the rooms for better control of the temperature in those spaces.
TRAVEL TRAILER RENO
What was supposed to be a simple flooring upgrade for these campers turned into a light renovation. Water damaged subflooring caused the original linoleum to buckle. After the outer part of the camper had been sealed, the entire bedroom outfit had to be removed to perform a complete repair. The front section of subflooring and insulation was replaced as well as the top layer of subflooring and insulation for the next section. This was followed by priming and painting the interior of the camper. Next, we installed new LVP flooring throughout the entire camper. Stay tuned for the reveal!
TRAVEL TRAILER UPDATE
New LVP flooring, a fresh coat of paint and window treatments turned this boring camper into something more modern and up to date.
WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND FRESH TRIM
We removed the old single pane windows and replaced them with new conatruction, dual pane vinyl windows. The trim around the window was created to match the craftsman style of the home. The homeowner enjoys opening and closing the windows with ease.

BOTTLE JACK PLATE
We made these plates to fit over our bottle Jack's and flat to our 4x4's. By using these we can avoid splitting the wood when applying pressure to lifting loads. Give us a call so we can make some for you too.
BATHROOM REMODEL
The customer wanted an updated and timeless remodel. The old peel and stick tikes were replaced with ceramic tiles and capped with taller baseboard trim. A new tall, elongated toilet was installed as was a new vanity. The single pane mirror was replaced with a mirrored medicine cabinet. 1932 REMODEL
